About Me

Hi, I’m Gina — founder of Sanctified Strength.

Health and wellness became personal for me long before it became my career. Years ago, I struggled with my own weight, health, confidence, and lifestyle habits. After being told I was pre-diabetic, I knew something needed to change. What started as a simple decision to improve my health eventually turned into a complete lifestyle transformation through strength training, nutrition, consistency, and learning how to change my mindset and habits long term.

That journey not only changed my life physically, but also mentally. It taught me that true wellness goes far beyond appearance or the number on a scale. Over time, I realized many people are not struggling because they lack information — they’re struggling with consistency, stress, emotional eating, overwhelm, lack of structure, and the mental barriers that make change difficult to maintain.

Today, I am a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, U.S. Navy Veteran, and Healthcare Administration graduate with over 15 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and coaching. I am currently preparing to sit for my National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) board examination in August to become nationally board certified in health and wellness coaching.

My background includes working in both private and corporate fitness settings, helping military service members maintain fitness standards, and supporting individuals from all walks of life in improving their health in a realistic and sustainable way.

I created Sanctified Strength to help people take a more balanced and sustainable approach to wellness. My coaching combines fitness, nutrition, accountability, mindset, and lifestyle support to help clients build healthier habits and create lasting change without extreme or unrealistic approaches.

My goal is to help people become healthier, stronger, more confident, and more consistent — physically and mentally — while creating routines and habits that actually fit their real life.

No matter where you’re starting from, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
