
Thank you for stopping by my website! My name is Gina, and my passion is fitness and nutrition. I have worked consistently on my physical fitness and nutrition for over ten years. I got started when I was 28 years old on accident. At the time, I was overweight, and the doctor told me I was pre-diabetic. I was determined to change my lifestyle habits, and an old friend showed me around the weight room; the rest is history. I lost over 45 lbs in four months through strength training and cleaning up my diet. I am now going on my twelfth year of strength training, and my other hobby is competing in the NPC. I currently compete in women's figure, and I set my dreams on becoming a pro.
I have over ten years of personal training experience in private and corporate gyms. As a Navy Veteran, I also have personal training experience with training service members to stay within military standards for physical fitness.
It is my passion to help other people who may be struggling with fat loss. There are many fad diets and confusing nutrition information, but I always keep it simple. Eat clean and strength train. The only other thing you need is consistency, persistence, and someone to hold you accountable.
